" Success designed with DESTINY in mind"

WHO WE ARE

Our program is specifically designed for young ladies between the ages 10-17 years old. We believe that our young ladies are a foreshadow of the next generation of leaders. Who they are tomorrow is widely dependent upon how we nurture and support them today.  This program was conceived in 2018, in Minneapolis, MN. Serving as a Guardian ad Litem as well as being a licensed foster home along with working with other churches and community organizations has afforded us the opportunity to be "boots on the ground" so to speak tackling the issues that many pre-teen and teen young ladies face today. Our program consists of widely recognized and respected curriculum, educational resources and community engagement tools to help positively shape their views of the world at large and teach them the fundamentals of responsibility for self and others around us. Our focus on adopting a more health-conscious way of living, self-awareness and cultural acceptance will also be components we strive to exemplify.  We invite you to take a few moments to browse the site for more information, THEN by all means get involved!

MEET OUR DIRECTOR

Our Founding Director. Mrs. Pamela D. Corley- Griesy launched this program in Minneapolis, MN in 2018. It is her desire to ensure that each program participant has a well-rounded education and every opportunity to make their own individual mark in the world. She is leading by example as she completes her bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Previously working with the State of Minnesota Adoption and Guardianship Division along with her many years of advocacy working in the juvenile court system she has been afforded firsthand knowledge of the plight of many teenagers and young adults.  She is now pulling out all the stops when it comes to empowering the next generation of leaders.

Ways To Get Involved

We are currently seeking volunteers who are available up to one hour each session to assist with a variety of tasks as needed. Prior to your scheduled time we will be asking each person to fill out a MANDATORY background check form which is to be completed and turned in prior to your first date of interaction with the students.

                                   Mission

Our mission is to reclaim what it means to be a young lady by rejecting the oftentimes negative imagery portrayed by some in mainstream media. We have decided to embody dignity, character, courage and strength which compels us to become the best form of ourselves and show up in the world proud of who we are.
