Our Founder Pamela has always had a deep love for nurturing young minds by way of mentorship. She has spent 20 plus years working within various Minnesota agencies serving youth and families fostering family reconciliation. As a licensed foster care/respite care provider she along with her husband poured into young lives often offering their home as a safe haven to those who were unhoused. Serving as a Certified Guardian ad Litem for the 4th Judicial Juvenile court solidified her desire to launch her own program in 2018. Serving in a variety of family advocacy roles launched her continuation of education. She recently finalized her studies at the University of Phoenix. She is currently preparing to graduate from Georgia Southern University with her bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Restorative Juvenile Justice and Family Services
